Woman Cuts Man’s Penis Off During Sex Story Is The Fakest Of The Fake News

As humans, we’re the only species that make eye contact during sex, and some people apparently take that pretty darn seriously.

There’s a story going around that a woman cut her partner’s penis off because he refused to make eye contact during sex.

Aside from the woman’s cross-eyed mugshot which has gone viral for several reasons, very little about the story actually stands up to scrutiny, though there is still a pretty decent twist at the end.

10. Meet 34-Year-Old Shania Jones

Viral Mugshot

The story circulating around the internet centers around 34-year-old Shania Jones. As the story goes, she let her contempt for her lover, Bruce Fox, grow over time and when she had finally had it with him she decided to take action and cut his penis off during a moment of “passion.”

9. The Two Were In The Middle Of Having Sex

Warner Bros.

The attack allegedly happened on a Thursday night. The couple were having sex when, Jones, 34, stopped him midway and went out of the room to grab a kitchen knife. When she returned, she managed to cut his penis off while he was still in bed.

Was there a struggle in bed before she cut his penis off? There’s no report out there saying there was, and there’s a reason for that. You’ll have to wait for slide 2 to find out why.

8. Her Lover Was Rushed To The Hospital

ABC

Fox, who started bleeding profusely, was then rushed to the Scottsdale Liberty Hospital. 911 was called immediately, and because of the quick action, Fox got his penis re-attached, no problem. But who called the police? How did they “save” Fox? You’ll have to wait until slide 3 for that reveal.

7. Jones Admitted To Her Crime

Paramount Pictures

Jones was arrested at her home after cops evaluated the scene before them. It didn’t take long before she admitted what she had done to her partner. She was questioned and soon after revealed to the cops of her knife-wielding ways. So, what happened after she admitted to the vicious crime? Click on the next slide to find out.

6. Jones Was Charged With Assault

Miramax

As the story goes, Jones was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and her bail was set at $15,000. It begs the question, what gets a person to that particular moment? What pushes a person that far over the edge that they’re willing to attack their lover in such a vicious way? Jones isn’t the only person that made headlines for this attack. 5. The Infamous Bobbitt Episode

Dimension Films

In 1993, Lorena Bobbitt made huge headlines when she cut off husband John Bobbitt’s penis while he was sleeping in bed. It happened in June of 1993 in their home in Manassas, Virginia. The couple became a tabloid sensation after the local story caught up to larger markets. John even went on to a stint in porn afterward.

But the similarities between the Bobbitt story and Shania’s only run skin deep, so to speak.

4. A Huge Difference Between Lorena And Shania

FOX

Lorena claimed in court that her husband had raped her. After John fell asleep, she cut his penis off, left the house, and threw it out the window of her car and into a field. While this story was painted in great detail, the story involving Shania Jones has very little information and there’s a reason for that.

Click the next slide to find out why.

3. It’s All A Hoax

Dimension Films

The story originated in September of 2016 when it hit the web thanks to Thug Life Videos. The mugshot of Shania Jones, the cross-eyed “crazed” woman added a huge viral shocker to the story, and that’s how other sites were able to “vouch” for this story. All you have to do is put the image with the headline together and you get a great urban legend.

2. The Proof Is In The Pudding

Columbia Pictures

So how do we know this is a hoax? Considering the seemingly legit photo, it’s easy to come to the conclusion that this really went down. Snopes, a site dedicated to debunking false stories, claimed this one is false. As for Thug Life Videos? They often publish fake news stories, which is something they fess up to on their site’s disclaimer.

Now that we know the story is fake, what about the mugshot? Click next to find out.

1. Even The Mugshot Is Fake

Snopes

As you can probably guess, the mugshot is fake, too. It’s actually a photoshopped image of an actual convict. So what’s the story behind the original mug shot? It’s a 2013 image taken from Ada County Sheriff of a woman who got caught and was subsequently arrested for shoplifting.
