He was married twice but sadly both ended in divorce. At 21, he was diagnosed to have ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease.  Now, he communicates using a single cheek muscle attached to a speech-generating device.

14. Justin Timberlake, Jennifer McGill, and Ryan GoslingJUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, JENNIFER MCGILL, AND RYAN GOSLING

A lot of famous celebrities now got started on The Mickey Mouse Club. Just like these three big name celebrities now. They appeared on the Mickey Mouse Show from 1993 to 1996. Other famous celebrities who were Mouseketeers, are Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

13. Kurt Cobain and RuPaulkurt cobain and rupaul

Now this is a rare photo. Who would have thought we would be able to see Kurt Cobain and RuPaul photographed together while photobombed by Dave Grohl? Look like RuPaul likes kids but Kurt’s daughter, Frances Bean looks unamused. She was named after the guitarist, of the pop duo, The Vaselines and her middle name Bean was chosen by Kurt because he thought that she looked like a little bean in the ultrasound.

12. Brad Pittbrad pitt 2

The Hollywood heartthrob isn’t so perfect after all. This photo was taken in 1977 when he was just 14. He looks like a splitting image of Shiloh here. Now we have an idea of what she would look like when she grows up. Despite being the losing team, as we can see in the photo, he still managed to smile. Brad, was the eldest of three children and grew up in a strict Southern Baptist family. His dad owned a trucking company and his mom was a family counselor.

7. Bill Gates and Shaquille O’Nealshaquille o'neal and bill gates

We rarely see photos of billionaire entrepreneurs goofing around. Who knows what’s going on here but this is definitely a fun photo. Shaq is just at the start of his career to be an NBA superstar and Bill Gates was working his way to becoming a millionaire. He almost hit his goal to be a millionaire at 30 but hit it just slightly off at 31. The Microsoft founder continued to fly coach until around 1997 when his net worth was well into billions.  Those who know him best claim that in spite of his incredible fame, he still remains humble.

6. Steve Jobs and Bill Gatessteve jobs and bill gates

This photo of two of the most brilliant minds of our time says a lot. Who knew that they used to hang out together back when they were younger? It looks like they were discussing something very important here. An insider, Steve Wozniak, described how these two differ: The real differences between where Steve Jobs is portrayed compared to Bill Gates is Steve Jobs having a very futuristic forward vision, almost a bit of the science fiction, ‘Here’s what life could be.’ But Bill Gates had more of an execution ability to build the things that are needed now, to build a company now, make the profits now, in the short-term. I think that was the biggest difference between them.”

5. Albert Einsteinalbert einstein

Einstein wasn’t always considered to be a genius. As a child, he was considered to be a slow learner and spoke slowly. He did not care about the formalities of school work and preferred to spend his time playing with his sister and building card houses. Another thing that captured us about him was his disheveled look. His hair was often uncombed and rarely wore socks.

4. Goldie Hawngoldie hawn

Now we know where Kate got her good looks. Goldie actually started her career as a dancer and successfully transitioned to acting. The stunning actress was born in 1945 and rose to fame on TV’s Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-IN.  She then won an academy award for Best Supporting Actress for the film Cactus Flower.  Since then she has been an A-list actress.

He is now is considered one of the most important icons in the history of the film industry.

1. Chuck Norris and Bruce Leechuck norris and bruce lee

These two martial arts expert could probably beat up anybody and win. In reality, Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee meet together once in a while as friends and even compared notes about their own techniques. Although both men devoted their lives to the study of martial arts, Bruce did not compete in tournaments like Chuck Norris did.

It was refreshing to see these rare photos of celebrities. These raw and untouched photos bring us back to the good old days. They’ve all come a long way and have changed throughout the years. Who knew Steve Buscemi used to be a firefighter or Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee were real life friends? Everything looks so simple back then. No drama or anything over the top. But what would Hollywood be without all the extravagance, right?
