1- Stop being with the people who don’t need you
The number one rule to be successful in your social life is to always stick with people who realize your worth and value your company. The people who don’t value you or who don’t have any room for you are not worth sticking to. Don’t spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you.
2- Stop running from your problems
I know it’s not easy to face your problems head one without at least getting upset, stressed and sad about it. But this is the only way you will learn how to solve your problems. And this is going to shape your personality. Running away doesn’t help.
3- Stop lying to yourself
The bravest thing you can ever do is to be honest with yourself. When you deny your own truth, you deny your own potential. Accept the truth now and take action.
4- Stop forgetting about your own needs
Sometimes we love a person so much, we forget about ourselves and put our own needs on the back burner, which is wrong. Do help other people; but help yourself too.
