I have always been a huge advocate of waking up early in the morning. If you look at successful people around you, you will see this habit common in all of them. When you wake up early in the morning, like around 5:00 am or 5:30 am and start working early, you will see how productive those early hours are. You will accomplish more in those early hours since there are no distractions.

Ok, so when you wake up early, don’t just go and sit in front of your computer and start working. You need to stimulate your mind and get it working too. And for that, the best thing you can do is work out. Start with a brisk walk for 30 minutes, add some cardio, weight lifting, stretching and some yoga poses. This is not only important for physical fitness but also improves mental alertness.

3- Eat A Proper Breakfast

Many of us don’t really give importance to the most important meal of the day: the breakfast. How many of you just grab a left over piece of last night’s pizza or fill a bowl with sugary cereal and feel contented with your breakfast? If you do that, its time to bring a change.
