Here are some facts about smoking you should know If you are a cigarette smoker, you are probably thinking, “…I have time to quit…” “…Cancer doesn’t run in our family…” among many other thoughts. Sadly, even with millions of tobacco-related deaths around the globe, no one seems to learn the facts about smoking. The truth is that tobacco is a host of chronic and debilitating illnesses and ultimately causes death among millions of people. Most smokers are known to build a huge wall of denial that is meant to justify their continuing of this habit. There’s a majority few however, that are willing to break the walls down and quit this habit.This is definitely not easy as an addiction is always a disease that’s hard to cure. Hopefully, these facts about smoking will enable you to fuel that fire in your body that will help you quit smoking!

It’s common knowledge that smoking causes lung cancer. The important question is that, is the puff more valuable than your health? Most people consider a little sniff here and there totally harmless but it’s developing a smoking habit that leads to addiction and makes most smokers prone to cancer.

Provided you live in the U.S and select parts of Europe, smoking for minors is no bigger than seeing a drunk man walking down the street. The only catch is that these minors cannot purchase the cigarettes, however, they can smoke them. Sadly, these are facts ( I really wish I could be making this up). However, I ask myself, what’s the common sense in this?

It’s unfair for a smoker to risk the lives of the innocent men standing by him while waiting for a bus. Inhaling this smoke is definitely detrimental to the health of those around you. If you can’t stop smoking, at least-do it cautiously.
